We are committed to confidentiality, professionalism, and thoroughness that you will not find in other firms. We have a commitment to transparency and integrity in all of our dealings.
We believe that in order for a transaction to be considered successful it has to be a win for not only the Seller (and very importantly the Seller’s employees) and Buyer but most importantly the Seller’s clients. We feel very strongly that the “fit” (personality, culture) has to work for everyone or the results of the sale will be less than optimal.
We put a lot of time and energy in getting the fit right. If we feel a buyer is not a right fit based on communication with the Seller we will express our concerns even if it might cost us a deal commission.
